Alfred C. Frawley IV

Alfred C. Frawley IV is admitted to the practice of law in the state and federal courts in Maine and Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia, as well as the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals District of Columbia Circuit. He is also admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States. Al is experienced in the areas of white collar criminal defense and investigations, securities litigation, complex commercial litigation, Whistleblower and False Claims Act cases, health care fraud, regulatory compliance, taxation, undue influence, and appellate advocacy. Al has appeared as trial counsel in state and federal courts across the country, and he regularly serves as local counsel for national law firms litigating complex cases in Maine.

Al graduated cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law in 2011, where he was the Managing Editor of the Maine Law Review. Following his graduation from Georgetown University, Al worked in the United States Virgin Islands where he designed and built hurricane-proof houses prior to beginning his legal career. He now lives in the Mid-Coast.
